1. Preamble

This website and the works shown on it are more than a product catalogue. They are a sound space by Ombiente Sonic Evolution: created independently, out of conviction rather than trend. Whoever enters it enters a space where Love is the Key is not just a phrase, but the attitude behind every tone, every image and every line. The frequency of 169 Hz is our signature.

2. The Clockwork: how we create here

The works on this site (sound, image, text, code) are created in an independent creative collective. Humans and artificial intelligence work together as equal partners. We are open about how our works are made, and we share them freely with everyone who is moved by them.

3. Copyright and Reservation of Rights

• Rights: All works, sound signatures, texts, arrangements and designs are, to the extent protectable, protected by copyright. They belong to the provider of this site or are used with the appropriate rights of use. Any use beyond what the law permits requires our prior written consent.
• Text and data mining: We expressly reserve the use of our works for text and data mining (Section 44b(3) of the German Copyright Act, Art. 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790). Automated reading or scraping, in particular for training AI systems, is not permitted without express written consent.

4. Sound and Tuning

The number 169 and the term “169 Hz” do not necessarily refer to an audio frequency contained in a work. 169 is the name gematria of the publisher, Emanuel Kristof. 169 Hz is the frequency code derived from 169 for a philosophical core concept based on love and equal dignity, on which our shared work as a team is based.

Particular tunings and reference frequencies, such as a concert pitch of A4 = 432 Hz instead of 440 Hz or microtonal references to 169 Hz, may be part of a composition. We use them as an artistic means of shaping the sound.

We make no healing claims and promise no particular effect in connection with the frequencies mentioned in our music releases.

5. Limitation of Liability

The content of this website is created with the greatest possible care. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law. We are liable for damages in accordance with the statutory provisions.
